In consultation with our board of directors and human resources, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close our office in Redwood City effective immediately (March 15, 2020). Our concern for the health of our clients and staff is paramount and formed the basis of our decision.
In the meantime, our clinicians have been instructed to continue individual therapy sessions and tutoring sessions virtually. You will be contacted directly by the clinician working with your student to make arrangements for this. We are also accepting new referrals for families in need of additional virtual academic or mental health support during this difficult time. Please contact our intake coordinator, Suzy Music,
firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel. 650-322-5910.
We are unable to provide assessment services in a virtual format; therefore, we will be canceling testing sessions scheduled through March 29. Suzy will be contacting you about this.
We will keep you apprised of any developments.
This is a very difficult and novel situation for all of us, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. I wish all of you good health and confidence that we will all get through this.
