Payment Policy |
| Payment is to be made in full at the time of intake. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. If you are unable to keep any of your appointments, please give 24 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $150. Your deposit will be refunded, less any cancellation fees for missed appointments, if you decide not to pursue the evaluation. |
